Job Title: IT Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Administrator to join our team and provide 'white glove' service to our employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Mac and PC devices, as well as our Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, Windows environment, and Salesforce CRM. Cloud experience is a nice-to-have.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM environment, including user management, customizations, and integrations.
• Maintain and administer our Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 environments, including user management, group policies, and security settings.
• Manage and maintain our Mac and PC devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting, updates, and repairs.
• Provide 'white glove' service to our employees, including prompt and courteous communication, timely resolution of issues, and proactive monitoring and maintenance of devices and systems.
• Manage and maintain our Windows environment, including Windows Server, Exchange Server, and file servers.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles for IT support and services.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a Mac and PC environment.
• Cloud experience is a nice-to-have.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM administration and customizations.
• Experience providing 'white glove' service to users, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong documentation and process management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, Windows Server, Exchange Server, and file servers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
