Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·Provision, install, and configure hardware, software, network and applications

·Manage and maintain physical and virtual Servers, Storage, Database and File share

·Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, ensure 24/7 IT operations

·Deploy operating systems and applications, including patches and updates

·Manage, configure and monitor IT network traffic and security

·Create and manage user accounts, emails, access and authorization

·Manage backup, archival and recovery solutions

·Plan and implement new or upgrades of IT infrastructure

·Coordinate and deliver training for users

·Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance

·Create and maintain all technical documentation

Job Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty effectively and efficiently. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and Experience:

·3-5 years of IT system administration experience

·Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent preferred

Skills and qualifications required:

·Working knowledge of virtualization in a SAN environment

·Strong knowledge of computer systems – hardware and software

·Knowledge of Windows and SQL Server 2016, 2019, Office and Exchange 365

·Knowledge of networking hardware, routers, switches and firewalls

·A proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans

Physical Demands:

While performing job duties the employee may be required to possess the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Pay Rate: $70K - $90K DOE

Job classification: Exempt
