Job Title: IT Administrator Assistant

Department: Operations

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and hardware on new computers for existing employees or for new employees.
• Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Setup accounts and workstations.
• Assist employees with computer related issues, learning, and training.
• Help maintain wireless networks.
• Help establish remote-working networked IT solutions.
• Troubleshoot user software/hardware/connectivity issues.
• Day to day management of IT task ticket system
• Broad variety of operations administration duties associated with computer systems and IT infrastructure.
• Support
• Track IT KPI’s
• Troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Asist with the management and maintenance of network servers and technology tools.
• Assist with the deployment of software updates.
• Assist with development of processes and procedures.
• Coordinate IT issue resolutions with other IT resources as required.
• Wiping and De-commissioning obsolete hardware

Essential Qualifications

Education or Equivalent:

A high school diploma is preferred.

Some college experience a plus

Computer hardware systems training.

Computer networks training

Experience:

IT Admin Experience Preferred. (Enterprise)

Formal computer science training is a plus.

ERP systems experience is desirable.

• Basic math skills
• Detail oriented
• US Citizen
• Disciplined execution of processes and systems
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel software
• Must possess solid organizational skills

Language Skills:

Must have good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers.

Reasoning Ability:

Proven ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Physical Demands:

Lift and handle computing hardware

Work Environment:

Work will be conducted in an office and manufacturing environment.

Hiring Range: $22-$30/hour
