We’re looking for an Investment Banker to:

• Assist in the management of a team and plan overall resource requirements, by recruiting, developing and retaining talented individuals
• Strong professional presence and presentation skills are required
• Make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards)
• Lead m&a and capital markets transactions for corporate and private equity clients
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
• Motivate and inspire others by providing a vision of shared goals
• Manage existing and generate new relationships with corporate and private equity clients

You’ll be working in the Consumer Products & Retail team in New York. Our team is responsible for growing a successful team that has a number of retained large and mid-cap client relationships; work on a wide range of public and private transactions. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of capital market and strategic matters.
