We’re looking for an Investment Banker to:

• Create partnerships by increasing depth and breadth of existing client relationships
• Motivate and inspire others by providing a vision of shared goals
• Execute m&a and capital markets transactions for corporate and private equity clients
• Assist in the management of a team and plan overall resource requirements, by recruiting, developing and retaining talented individuals
• Make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards)
• Generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward

You’ll be working in the Consumer Products & Retail team in New York. Our team is responsible for growing a successful team that has a number of retained large and mid-cap client relationships; work on a wide range of public and private transactions. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of capital market and strategic matters.

CA, CO, WA, and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $225,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
