Minimum of three years experience in banking, customer service or other related area required. Bank teller or new accounts experience preferred

Experience communicating via virtual technology (Skype, Face Time, and Video Conf.)

Managing incoming and outgoing calls, representing the bank in a positive, courteous and professional manner.

Assessing clients’ needs and cross-selling or making sales referrals of bank products and services.

1-2 years of experience in a comparable position with an international financial institution.

Experience in the use of Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Advanced knowledge of Bloomberg / Reuters and Dealogic.

Academic background and Technical Knowledge:

University or similar title: Bachelor at minimum, Master (or equivalent) preferred.

English and Spanish - fluent (ideally)

Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize.

Associate Degree in a related field such as business management, business administration, or finance

Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.

Assist internal customers (other personnel) and executive management as requested.

Identify Fraudulent transactions, review current concerns with management and become well-informed on new suspicious activities.

1 - 2 years post-secondary education and/or cash handling, customer service, relevant banking, or professional experience preferred.

Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.

Professional certifications such as CFA or Series 7 are a plus.

Employing problem solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.

1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer service experience

Previous instore banking experience is preferred, but not required.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using our value proposition.

Consistently meet/exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals and enhance year-over-year revenue growth as measured by the Financial Center P&L.

Participate in the opening/closing process of the Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed by the Financial Center Manager.

Experience in the financial industry preferred.

Assist in the management of a team and plan overall resource requirements, by recruiting, developing and retaining talented individuals

Prior leadership / management position (e.g. Staffer) with junior bankers is not required, but is a plus

Manage existing and generate new relationships with corporate and private equity clients

Strong professional presence and presentation skills are required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance or a related field

Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of computer equipment and software required including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

The pay range for this position is $19-$24/hr. and is based on experience.

Communicates with customers via video banking software.

Responsible for working the Member Service Center (MSC) Inboxes, and Secure Messaging inbox.

Provides accurate information and resolutions to customers in a timely manner.

Responds to customer communications in a timely manner.

5 years of LIHTC originations experience, 7+ years of experience in low income housing tax credit investments,

Knowledge of community development lending, or commercial real estate lending programs including Fannie, Freddie, and HUD is a plus

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning or Real Estate.

Experience implementing creative selling and innovative problem solving techniques
