Our Internet Support team is seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish speaking) team member that desires to help others and enjoys digging into details in order to solve problems! Location:
The individual in this role will work from our Buhler, KS OR Fowler, KS office. Hybrid or remote work would be considered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Delivers the highest level of customer service to Ideatek's existing customers
- Proactively follows up with customer as needed
- Listens to customer needs and is able to provide meaningful and timely solutions through troubleshooting Ideatek's services (i.e. wireless & fiber internet and phone)
- Exhibit interpersonal skills such as empathy, patience, and kindness on a daily basis
- Takes note of any themes and makes recommendations for process improvements

Experience/Knowledge Required:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ experience in a technical support role
- Experience working in a team environment
Preferences:
- Technical certifications
- Experience in networking
- Experience supporting Internet and phone technologies
This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
This role is not eligible for relocation.
Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
