Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities

Manage all incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies

Maintain responsibility for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)

General a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.

Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email and mail

Be familiar with all communities (phone numbers, offerings, features, tax rate, amenities, etc.) and local surroundings (be able to give directions)

Minimum 4 years’ experience in telephone and/or on-line customer service. Up-selling experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)

Develop and implement training programs as needed to meet division traffic and sales goals.

Guide and train Internet Sales Coordinators with phone, sales and customer service techniques to achieve optimal performance results
