Responsibilities

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Keeps abreast of new developments in the field their internship is in.
• Maintains a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
• Begins to develop a current knowledge of the laws and regulations that pertain to the department they are assigned to.
• Properly handles client requests through responsiveness, follow-up and escalation to a more senior team member if necessary.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
• Works proactively with other team members.
• This list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

StoneX Essential Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2023 and August 2024 (entering penultimate year of university)
• Strong verbal/written communication abilities and effective interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of urgency
• Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to detail
• Available for a June 2023 start date for an 8 – 10-week program

Hiring Salary Range $20.00-$40.00 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)
