Compliance Associate Jobs

A global Investment Management firm with over $170bn AuM are in the market for a Compliance Associate in New York. The firm has a diverse portfolio of investments in private equity, credit, real assets & listed equities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance training to the wider business and relevant stakeholders
• Align with the wider team on projects associated with US Regulatory Compliance
• Assist the Head of Compliance with other day-to-day functions and compliance projects, including shared ownership of global Compliance projects in which the Compliance department may participate
• Executing on generalist tasks as part of the 'Business Development Company' Compliance division
• As an Associate, this individual with assist in the executive of the firm's BDC Compliance program.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940 and Investment Company Act 1940
• 2-5 years’ experience in an asset manager or law firm with experience supporting private funds

Expected salary range for this role : $95,000 - $140,000. In addition – you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus and best-in-class benefits
