Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing - Beauty

Leads the defined group of brands and or services for Beauty POD.

Defines overall marketing strategy for the portfolio and optimized to both sales and customer goals.

Work closely with marketing and design stakeholders to help you execute on multiple engagement strategies that improve the merchant experience

5+ years of partnership / key account management experience, ideally from gaming and/or other sports industry

Strong discipline and ability to manage multiple project timelines and responsibilities for multiple internal and external stakeholders

Manage the marketing budget and/or resources set by the Partner and Chess.com, ensuring efficient resource allocation across different marketing activities.

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

1-3 years’ experience in advertising, marketing, cross-platform media or consumer promotions

4-year college degree, or equivalent experience

Experience with online research tools (e.g., YouGov, Domo, Quantcast) preferred

Help compose clear, concise and visually engaging marketing proposals and sales collateral potential partners including copywriting, deck design, and sourcing visuals

Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions

Excellent project management, time management and organization skills with attention to detail

Outstanding computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Canva, ClearSlide, Custom Show; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus

Help enforce the framework and process to manage the execution and implementation of sales campaigns

Help oversee and manage the iOne Digital Sales Site

Help educate the sales organization on product and content offerings

Manage internal and external vendor relationships

Program management of cross-team communications to track progress on key milestones and accountabilities to ensure on-time, on-budget execution of campaigns.

Critical time management skills for all owned tasks including project management of timelines/deliverables for others.

Highly organized with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong client management skills.

Program management of integrated marketing campaigns and deliverables in concert with a variety of internal and external partners.

Proven foundation in project and program management including the ability to lead, organize and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously.

Proven ability to effortlessly manage an entire content lifecycle in a deeply collaborative setting.
