What Your Responsibilities Will Be

Participating in various parts of the product development process including research, cross functional collaboration, and strategic storytelling

Owning well-defined tasks and small projects with a predetermined scope

Creating independent, original design solutions as well as helping others to develop and implement their work

This is an internship for Summer 2023.

Offer perspective to the product and user experience design process

Collaborate with the overall Learning Experience Design team as well as cross-functional teams

1-3+ years of education in Design or UX, required

Design wireframes, flows, prototypes using Figma or Adobe Creative Suite

Develop innovative visual and interaction designs that meet and exceed user expectations

Contribute to ideation across projects assigned

Lead, communicate, learn, and manage a diverse group of faculty and constituents towards the creation of online curricular content.

Provide direction and leadership in concept development to faculty, analyze needs, tasks, learning environment, and to develop learning objectives and requirements.

Collaborate with instructors to design, develop, and implement credit and non-credit online courses.

Develop course outlines, documentation, assessment strategies, and maintain instructional design direction and development through all project phases.

Build assessments to support and analyze learning effectiveness.

Review course design against internal and external quality standards.

Strong time management skills, self-discipline, problem solving and versatility.

Project management including communication with the team to share project status, opportunities, and roadblocks.

Driven self-starter able to execute without micro-management.

Experience working with children/young adults in a teaching and learning setting (substitute teaching, tutoring, volunteer program, summer camp counselor, preservice teaching).

Pursuing a degree in Education (any field) or a related field.

Excellent written and oral communication as well as strong interpersonal skills.

At least 1 year of experience creating Asset Performance Management Solutions education content

Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.

Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.

Typically requires a Bachelors degree and 0-2 years previous experience.
