Instructional Design And Copyright Specialist Jobs

3-5 years of experience highly preferred with intellectual property, preferably with copyright

Prefer knowledge of the entertainment industry, preferably in legal or business affairs

Knowledge of copyright protections and principles

Must have excellent computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Acrobat

Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation and English usage

Handles copyright registration of various television series, motion pictures, video games, Style Guides and other IP as assigned

The mix and balance among these responsibilities is anticipated to shift over time

Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction.

In-house experience in a technology sector is a plus

Maintain internal SQL-based royalty data management system in collaboration with digital products team.

Is capable of gathering requirements and using those requirements to build out objectives

Has experience creating facilitator guides, instructor guides, quick reference guides, and other course documentation as needed

Would prefer someone with graphic design experience such as HTML, CSS and PHP.

Fine repetitive motor skills with hands, wrists, and fingers in coordination with eyes.

Position is located at ESC Region 13 in Austin, TX and is not offered as a remote position

Bachelor’s degree or higher in instructional design, creative design, educational technology or similar required

Three or more years’ experience in designing online courses and other engaging learning experiences for adult learners required

2-3 years of similar business, project management, or instructional design experience

Create e-learning modules for Novocure’s Learning Management System

I.e. conduct needs assessments and skills gap analysis to identify learning and development initiatives

Develop blended learning experiences and training materials in a variety of delivery modalities

Build measurement tools assessing reaction to learning, knowledge transfer and application, and impact on OKRs

Collaborate with L&D team to design education, training and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal colleagues

Your experience designing and developing technical, skills-based training

Your knowledge of instructional design theory and application, including, but not limited to:

Ability to design and develop both knowledge-based and performance-based assessments to the desired learning or behavioral outcomes

Your experience designing, developing, and delivering training solutions using different instructional modalities and authoring tools across multiple platforms

Your ability to work with remote teams

Typically requires a Bachelors degree and 0-2 years previous experience.

Knowledge of data management requirements for federal grants and publishers is desirable;
