Due to our expansive growth we are seeking outstanding people to join our team in our growing Digital Sales organization. ISRs are responsible for: creating & implementing a territory specific pipeline creation plan, building larger deals and running smaller transactions full cycle.
Responsibilities
- Run Small Deals | Lead & close deals full cycle and partner with field sellers to support larger deals. This is not a quota carrying position but you will have opportunities to run deals
- Create Pipeline | Use ABM tactics to identify new contacts & craft a personalized campaign to create pipeline with a high conversion rate
- Ensure Customer Success | Using your research superpowers, you will find insights & evolve them into a meaningful approach
Skills You Can Learn From This Role
- Account Landscape | Identify the multitude of people involved in an enterprise purchasing decision & unify everyone to accomplish the goal by driving value based conversations
- Deal Structuring & Closing | Learn how to run a deal. Understand the actions required for deal operations, how to network within an account and steps to intricately structure a deal for long term prosperity
- Ecosystem Navigation | To prepare you for more advanced sales roles, learn how to pilot both Splunk’s ecosystem and our customer’s ecosystem. Identify the landmarks that need to be achieved on both sides of the relationship to ensure a successful project
- Deal Progression | Lead discovery calls beyond qualification & gain exposure into what steps to take to move a deal to the next stage
Who are we looking for?
- Intermediate level understanding of the customer buying process & sales skills preferred
- Located near one of our fun locations & have the ability to commute to our Splunk office 1-3x per quarter. This role does not offer relocation assistance

- Business fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Adaptable: Change = growth in your mind & you are not afraid of the unknown

- 3+ Years of demonstrated ability selling or creating pipeline for SaaS solutions
- Calculated adventurous person who loves to experiment quickly

In addition to OTE, this role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.

OTE Pay Range
For sales roles the ranges are expressed as On Target Earning or OTE (OTE = base + incentives in the form of sales incentive plans).
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
On Target Earnings: $51.92 - 71.39 per hour
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), New York (excludes NYC Metro Area), and all other states.
On Target Earnings: $44.23 - 60.82 per hour
