Inside Sales Representative (Base Salary + Commission)

Hood Distribution established in 1899, is a wholesale distributor of hardwood lumber & plywood as well as related specialty wood products. We currently have 15 locations, providing distribution into the eastern US as well as the Caribbean markets. Our primary customers turn our wood into something special.

We are looking for an ideal candidate that will work as a team with sales, drivers, warehouse, accounting, purchasing and management to achieve and exceed the goals for the company.
MONTHLY COMMISSION POTENTIAL $0 - $3,000 AND POSSIBLY MORE

General Duties and Responsibilities include the management of all sales functions, administration, communication and business planning for an assigned geographic territory.

Position Description:

• Grow existing customer sales
• Grow customer relations
• Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
• Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales base
• Drive to individually compete (and win!) while remaining a fantastic team player
• Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touchpoints including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a transactional, yet consultative, environment
