About the Role:

As an Associate, Strategy and Innovation with Imagine Pediatrics, you will assist in developing and executing the strategic direction of Imagine Pediatrics. You will participate in refining our core clinical product, new product development innovation, and developing partnerships for opportunities that align with our strategy, mission, and values. You will:

• Collaborate with the health care economics team to identify opportunities, size potential returns, and evaluate impact of implemented innovations
• Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices in pediatric clinical programs
• Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders on clinical strategy and innovation initiatives to facilitate decision making and buy-in
• Work closely and effectively with the strategy and innovation team, and executive team to develop clinical strategy and product road-map
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution of clinical strategy initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technology departments to ensure new innovations are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Design and execute clinical programs and products to improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary costs
• Build financial and analytical tools and models to support executive decision-making for new product investments

About You:

First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to creating the world our sickest children deserve. You want an active role in building a diverse and values-driven culture. Things change quickly in a startup environment; you accept that and are willing to pivot quickly on priorities. In this role, you will need:

• MBA or graduate degree in business or related field, preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to develop high-quality materials and deliver results independently
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Previous experience in consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, or product roles
• Experience working with a pediatric population or value-based care, preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time (on average)
• Comfort working in a fast paced, start-up environment
• 3-4+ years experience in a healthcare environment, including health plans, medical groups, providers, clinics, or healthcare delivery organizations
• Strong cross-disciplinary communication and high follow-through
