Job Description
Our Central Ohio client is actively seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications below.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery and execution of projects through a balance of best-in-class and pragmatic project methodologies and practices that achieve KPIs and meet or exceed business results
  • Create cross-functional project plans that include scope definition, schedules, stakeholder identification, resourcing, communication plans and risk analysis
  • Development of project work plans specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, risks, and contingency plans
  • Coach and advise team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues
  • Promote continuous growth of project management practices within the PMO and organization to achieve company and organizational objectives
  • Formulate procedures and policies for optimum utilization of IT infrastructure resources in the company
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of Agile principles and practices
  • Excellent relationship management, organizational, coordination and collaboration skills
  • Prior experience leading Infrastructure projects
