Hybrid | Onsite near Dayton, OH


Our World Class Client needs a Service Delivery Coordinator to be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the Data Center Services Service Now queue and services catalog. This role will have direct responsibility for ticket assignments, escalations, internal customer expectations, standard operating procedures lifecycle management, and the collaboration with other internal and cross functional queue leads. This role will also be heavily engaged with their direct leadership team ensuring alignment with the Enterprise Infrastructure Services and Operations Department’s strategic goals. This role will provide a vision for enabling the continuous delivery of superior support for infrastructure’s internal customers. In addition, this position is responsible for project management for large initiatives, developing the team by providing consultation services as well as identifying knowledge base training opportunities for future planning and development of IT resources. This role will lead daily support and ongoing improvement opportunities for the enterprise’s Public and Private Cloud Infrastructure.

Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. W2 + Benefits


Responsibilities:

• Full-service management of the Data Center Services queue in ServiceNow

• Lifecycle management of Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Base

• Collaboration with other teams ensuring a smooth transfer of tickets as appropriate

• Lead and drive continuous improvement opportunities with respect to stabilizing, standardizing, consolidating, and transforming our teams’ services to our internal customer

• Build strong internal customer relationships to ensure we are aligned to customer and business needs while prioritizing key initiatives

• Maintain a payment card industry complaint infrastructure environment; support annual internal and external audits and maintain necessary change management and documentation

• Maintain awareness of changing IT trends and regulations which might impact the company and develop strategies that will mitigate any incoming risks and/or take advantage of any future benefits

• Work within established configuration and change management policies ensuring awareness, approval and success of changes made to the areas of responsibility

• Provides guidance and direction on problems, solutions, system parameters and modifications; conducts operational walkthroughs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and efficiency of systems, programs or solutions to business problems

• Proposes changes in operations and/or established systems in an effort to enhance controls or improve efficiencies through better use of technology


Requirements:

• 10+ years of overall work experience

• 5+ years relevant professional IT experience

• Direct experience with ServiceNow software

• Creation & management of operational knowledge base articles
