Job Description
  • Developing project plans, tracking milestones, assessing risks, and ensuring delivery of program objectives on time
  • Raising, escalating, and mitigating risks and issues as they arise
  • May require process mapping and discovery activities in order to understand the business workflow and concerns
  • Collaborating with program partners to provide solutions to emerging business needs
  • Tracking and reporting on value metrics to ensure alignment to the portfolio
  • Managing stakeholder engagement, communications, and meetings
  • Collaborating with business partners, IT, and Architects on Program Increment planning to drive IT prioritization
  • Monitoring and assessing team and program progress against agreed upon deliverables and following up as needed
  • Gathering and analyzing program-related data to support timely, informed decision-making

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years proven experience implementing large/complex IT projects
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to handle multiple project assignments simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and IT resources from across the organization
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects on-time and within budget

Education
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
