Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will serve as a pivotal member of the Managed Services team by leading customer onboarding projects for Logically’s growing portfolio.  The Project Coordinator (PC) ensures customer objectives are satisfied through thoughtful and comprehensive oversight of technical projects. The main duty of this role is to coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget. The PC is responsible for meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each project and in doing so must interact with internal and customer resources, including occasional communication with C-level employees.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the procedures or processes playbook to track KPIs and align all internal stakeholders and vendors with the project and organization’s goals
  • Develop and execute regular status reporting to inform the top management sponsor of project risks and potential impacts
  • Transfer Statement of Work (SOW) into solutions and use solutions to monitor the project schedule for each assigned project
  • Support the execution and management of numerous technical projects and track each project separately, including multiple projects for a single client
  • Monitor procurement process and follow-up on issues impacting budget and schedule
  • Adhere to company values while following best practices and operational procedures  
  • Lead the execution and management of numerous technical projects and track each project separately, including multiple projects for a single client
  • Ensure the client receives invoice information at a granular level by reviewing the invoice for detailed time entries, including time spent and name of resource providing service
  • Escalate issues jeopardizing schedule and budget to PMO and Sales Leadership
  • Document all activity, including communication, procurement, finances, and other transactions, and provide project status data for inclusion in senior leadership and stakeholder reports
  • De-escalate situations and move the project past dysfunction by identifying both issues and resolutions based on scope of project
  • Execute regular status reporting to inform Stakeholders of project risks and potential impacts
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to Logically’s customer base 
  • Utilize in-depth plans approved by top management and/or sponsor to set clear priorities and guide internal and external stakeholders through the life cycle of the project
  • Assist the implementation team with project delivery by leading project deliverables as needed
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications related to a project including information on-demand
  • Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of each project and use that knowledge to identify potential issues and conduct proactive follow-up
Qualifications:
  • Strong technical acumen with preferred managing projects within a B2B or tech-enabled professional services environment is preferred 
  • Strong business acumen; ability to understand how a project might impact the Stakeholder’s business
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate superior leadership, presentation, and planning ability, as well as verbal and written communication skills 
  • Team player mentality and willingness to share knowledge with others
  • Flexible and able to remain calm in times of stress while managing multiple priorities at one time 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of variety of technical tools used in project management, as well as the financial and analytical skills necessary to plan and monitor project budgets and schedules
  • Active listener with excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult conversations 
  • Ability to build relationships based on trust to enable collaboration and cooperation amongst team members and internal/external stakeholders 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience applying financial and analytical skills necessary to plan and monitor project budgets and schedules in a complex business environment
  • College Degree not required, commensurate experience preferred
  • Sound problem-solving technique with ability and persistence to generate options and select the best solution 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and various levels of management both verbally and in written form 
  • 0 to 3 years of experience using technical tools used in project management or in a related role
