Crawford is currently seeking an Industrial Outside Sales Associate to join their Outside Sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Creating and executing a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales
  • Educating customers on Crawford’s value-add
  • Being regularly available and responsive to customers' real-time
  • Identifying and executing local marketing activities to enhance presence and grow
  • Meeting regularly with customers in sales territory to understand their
  • Building long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers
  • Championing Crawford's brand in the local community and assigned
  • Conducting cold calls to acquire new customers in assigned sales
  • Optimizing call routes to maximize time in the field and overall
  • Prospecting new business and seek out innovative solutions for key industry segments
  • Identifying and pursuing new customer acquisition opportunities in assigned

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job
  • Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales
  • Passionate individual with a desire to
  • There is an emphasis on key and target account development, along with providing consultative solutions for Industrial MRO and OEM This individual must be able to build relationships across an entire organizational spectrum and understand the business needs and goals at each level.
  • This position is responsible for high-level selling, to include selling applications and solutions in the industrial and/or automation and control market.
  • Preferred candidate will have 2+ years of industry related
