Responsibilities:
The Sales Representative sells the Lennar Title's products and services to the real estate and financial community in order to maximize profitable market share in an assigned territory. Develops and maintains customers for the company by the extensive application of sales and service techniques.
  • Attend and host social events and serve on the committees of local trade associations and civic and professional groups
  • Drives and makes daily calls to numerous customers or prospective customers
  • Continually increases knowledge of sales skills, concepts, techniques, etc., and develops and improves sales presentations
  • Continually assesses competitor actions within Bakersfield
  • Keeps accurate records of calls made, expenses incurred and order volume
  • Regularly promotes and maintains favorable customer relations for company by arranging and participating in the presentation of educational training programs for customer
  • Maintains and increases the sales volume of Bakersfield by selling products and services to professional customers
  • Assists in developing sales forecasts, territory potentials, workload analysis, call programs and routes
Qualifications:
  • Escrow experience is preferred
  • Valid Drivers License and dependable transportation
  • Strong Sales Experience is required

Compensation Overview:
  • This information is intended to be a general overview and may be modified by the Company due to factors affecting the business
  • The base compensation for this position is estimated to be $20 to $40 per hour
  • This position will be eligible for incentives and salary is commensurate with experience
