HYTORC is currently seeking an Independent Sales Representative who wants to start selling industrial bolting solutions. Not only will you sell patented bolting systems and accessories that improve safety, speed and accuracy, you will have the opportunity to change an entire industry!

The new HYTORC Washer, launched in 2014, will be the foundation in industrial bolting for the next generation!

In this role, you will work in a territory selling our bolting systems and accessories to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. We will provide you with full product training and world class support. Responsibilities include:

• Maintain visibility in the market and contribute to company’s success
• Cold calling and setting up face to face meetings.
• Drive product usage and make recommendations accordingly.
• Meeting monthly quotas and submitting regular reports.
• Closing sales and overcoming objections.
• Develop clients through product demonstration and product delivery.
• Develop and execute territory business plan and contribute to sales discovery.
• Serve as key contact to customers
• Actively participate in scheduled company meetings, conference calls etc.

As a Sales Representative, you must be highly self-driven with an exceptional work ethic and a strong drive to succeed.
