The Cincinnati Insurance Companies Sales & Marketing Department is looking for a Property & Casualty Field Territory Representative for our Arizona territory. This field-based representative will be responsible for managing our relationships with appointed independent agencies.

Positions serving territories away from our headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio may be fully remote.

The pay range for this position is $77,000 - $203,500 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be Ready To:

  • Develop growth and profitability plans
  • Analyze, evaluate and price commercial business
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Market and negotiate new business terms and conditions
  • Assist with new agency appointments
Be Equipped With:

  • Highly effective communicator
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of commercial underwriting experience, more than 3 years is preferred
  • Understand agency management opportunities

You've Earned:

  • Earning the CIC or CPCU designation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Sales field training courses
  • Professional selling skills courses
  • other educational accomplishments are considered a plus, such as:
    • professional selling skills courses
    • sales field training courses
    • earning the CIC or CPCU designation
