Who We Are Looking For
We are searching for a SUPERSTAR Inbound Closer who can manage our inbound sales opportunities and conduct proper sales calls following the systems we have laid out to take a roofer from "Who are you?" to "Take my card!"
As an inbound closer on our team, you will be focused on working inside of our CRM and lead gen platforms, hitting your weekly and monthly goals, and working with the team to improve our sales strategies.
We need someone who:
- Driven Towards Excellence: There are a lot of agency closing teams out there that are satisfied with talking to a client once figuring out they are not a fit and then throwing that opportunity in the garbage can, that will practice their script once and say that's good enough, that will forget past prospects needs and continually focus on new opportunities. You must be prepared to overachieve. To follow up properly, to constantly practice and understand the full sales methodology, to ask questions when you need help. To ask yourself, how can I help this person now even if they can't work with us, and to genuinely outperform the rest of the market.
- Experience In Home Services/Local Lead Gen Space: You should have experience working with local lead generation campaigns through facebook via lead forms and off-facebook conversion campaigns with Facebook ads.
- Strong Communicator: Working remotely does not mean working alone. You’ll be working daily with our team to make sure you are on track to hit your goals.
- Extremely Organized and High Attention to Detail: There are dozens of moving pieces in launching a successful sales process. You need to be able to balance your focus between the handling new inbound inquiries, following up with warm prospects, reviewing past calls and researching what can be done better next time (1% better every day), coming to the team with the question in mind "How can I help my team succeed, and how can they help me?".
- Sharing What You Learn: We are building our company Knowledge Base to make sure that we are one of the best teams on the planet at running advertising campaigns in the online space. Your ability to document what you are learning is critical to making that happen.
- Able To Work Remote: We are a fully remote team. That means you need to be able to manage your own time, energy and set your own priorities to make sure you are able to get everything done without needing someone to micromanage you or tell you what to do every day.
What You Will Be Doing
As a full-time inbound closer your role is to make sure that you are hitting your goals every month. That includes:
- Practice Drill Rehearse of sales methodology
- Regularly roleplaying sales materials with leadership team, fellow inbound closers, and consulting/training staff.
- Reviewing previous sales call to understand, what you did well and what can be improved so that you become 1% better every day.
- Joining daily sales meetings and becoming an integral part of the sales team
- Asking for help when you need it. We don't expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to approach each day with your best foot forward.
- Tracking performance of sales meetings
- Closing deals and bringing closes to conclusion so the account management team can pick up and start the client engagement process.

What Would Be Helpful To Have:
- Our team is based in the United States and we expect that you will be able to work United States hours with the team.
- Experience in a role at an agency is a huge plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.
