Job Description

Summary

Fold is actively hiring a full-time Implementation Lead to join our team and be part of a game changing digital health company that is materially impacting the lives of patients and providers and transforming how healthcare is delivered nationwide.


The Implementation Lead serves as the strategic project and client facing leader on all Fold software platform implementation projects. This role interacts with and manages product, engineering, sales, customer success and other members of the cross-functional team to deliver successful customer implementations.

The ability to handle multiple projects and priorities and build and manage a growing implementation organization is a requirement.

Position Summary

The Implementation Lead is responsible for successfully executing Fold platform implementation projects across our client organizations. The right candidate will have the presence, experience, and skills to quicky take ownership and leadership of this developing function. They will continuously seek ways to improve our implementation process and methodology to drive effectiveness and scalability. They will lead all client implementations to start and will hire, manage, and develop a growing implementation team as our business scales.

We are looking for a highly motivated, intellectually curious, and collaborative self-starter who is excited to build and develop this critical function and be part of a close-knit team who is developing one of the most impactful companies in health tech today. As an early-stage company, the right candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change and will be passionate about the opportunity to develop and scale a key company function.


Responsibilities

  • Independently manage implementations of varying levels of complexity from enterprise kickoff through launch, with limited management oversight.
  • Track, analyze and report implementation metrics to identify areas of improvement, drive efficiencies, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate effectively and manage cross functional teams both internally and externally to ensure on time and successful implementations.
  • Assume ownership of Fold’s customer implementation function and be responsible for executing Fold’s end-to-end implementation program with provider organization clients from project initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Hire and manage a growing team of implementation specialists to support Fold’s growth and expansion.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to Fold’s implementation process to improve efficiency and effectiveness of client’s use of Fold.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Fold Platform and conduct detailed client workflow discussions, with an accurate understanding of Fold product capabilities and constraints.
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential implementation risks and manage client and internal team members to mitigate risks.
  • Translate client strategic objectives into effective implementation plans that deliver on client goals.
  • Accurately communicate project milestones and associated requirements and potential risks.
  • Assess and improve our current implementation approach and methodology by instituting more effective client and project management tools and processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular progress updates.
  • Facilitate platform configuration, data integration, and training sessions, ensuring clients have the necessary knowledge and resources to maximize the value of our platform.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to demonstrate subject matter expertise and continuously refine and improve our implementation processes.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
  • Track record of strong customer focus and uncompromising integrity
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% annually to client sites in the US
  • Proven ability to think creatively, optimize processes and lead change
  • Exceptional written, oral, and technical communication abilities
  • Excited to work independently and proactively to create process and structure to support scalability
  • 5+ years of overall experience in healthcare technology or healthcare-related implementations or Consulting with ambulatory care provider organizations, importantly, primary care.
  • Extensive program, project, and process management experience

Other successful team members have a background in one or more of the following areas:

  • SaaS software implementation experience
  • Knowledge of and experience working with primary care provider organizations
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
  • JIRA proficiency or experience with similar project management software
  • Solid knowledge of value-based care, cost, and quality performance requirements
  • Experience implementing EMR, EHR, digital health or other health technology systems in provider organizations
