Hr Engagement & Communication Associate

Curinos is currently seeking an HR Engagement & Communication Co-ordinator hybrid (blend of work from home and in office) positionwithin NYC/Metropolitan area, to help us develop and deliver compelling stories that bring our colleagues and communities together.

Reporting to VP, EDI, this role will be working to support the People & Culture team across Communication, Employee Engagement and Development activities to help provide the best employee experience at Curinos. This role will also support across HR Business teams as required.

We are looking for someone enjoys building relationships at all levels across the organization, creating compelling content and increasing engagement across our colleague population.

This role will include:

• Responsible for maintaining and admin of our communication & learning platforms for internal comms
• Work with our Digital Marketing team to champion and align materials with our brand and tone of voice
• Write and produce deliverables to increase awareness, understanding and uptake of initiatives and processes
• Conduct detailed research and analysis to support a variety of initiatives and identify best practice within EDI
• Work with team members and internal stakeholders to identify content from across the business to create regular newsletters and Portal posts
• Assist with the logistics and coordination of initiatives & projects
• Support engagement, Pulse and census surveys, analysis and actions
• Identify and advise on engagement opportunities and requirements
• Monitor feedback and review metrics to measure the impact of our communications activities
• Support the creation and delivery of L&D activities, training programs and workshops
• Build and develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist with managing internal events e.g. Town Halls, webinars, internal awards, forums, surveys, presentations and videos
• Compile business cases for investment and budget cycles

• Related experience in engagement and/or internal communications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification or experience preferred (minimum 4 years)

Base Salary: $72,000 - $80,000 plus Bonus
