Full Desk/360 Sales Recruitment Position

Permanent People are currently partnering with a reputable recruitment business, who are looking to add a full desk/360 Senior Recruitment Consultant with a background in professional services to their office team based in New York.

The Role -

You will be joining a proven recruitment team and will concentrate on placing HR professionals into positions on a permanent basis.

As you will be working for a leading company, there is already numerous Client relationships in place that have been developed over the years, and therefore this opportunity will be a great opening for you to develop a very strong desk.

Saying that, business development and building new clients through sales is essential for this role.

About you -

Our Client is looking to hire a senior recruitment consultant with experience in professional services (HR, Accountancy & Finance for example) of around 2-3 years as a minimum.

You will be used to working with varying levels of Companies from SME’s to large Corporates and be comfortable with working 360 and Client development through account management.

Our Client are looking for someone who can BD, so they must be engaging and lively.

A professional and service led attitude is essential for this role, as is the desire to always represent your candidates with the upmost credibility.
