The County of Riverside seeks candidates to fill positions throughout Riverside County. A list of eligible candidates will be established to fill current and future vacancies.
The Human Resources (HR) Department is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Analytics and Reporting Analyst (Decision Support System Analyst - CE) to support the HR Business Systems Solutions Unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for enhancing the quality of HR enterprise systems data through the implementation, maintenance and improvement of dashboards, visualization and reporting techniques. This position is a key role in the development of HR data portals, and consolidating data from diverse HR systems into one platform. In addition, the HR Analytics and Reporting Analyst will develop and conduct training for HR system end users and will work directly with stakeholders or HR vendors to resolve HR system related problems.
The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of developing queries and data manipulation within Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The most competitive candidates will demonstrate proficiency in managing and integrating HRIS data from multiple systems into one platform. Additionally, having significant experience with PeopleSoft HCM is highly desired.
