Hr Administrative Coordinator | Temporary

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.

The Ford Agency is looking for an HR Administrative Coordinator to support the HR team of one of DC's top health associations. This is an open-ended temporary position and an excellent opportunity for someone who has about a year of general HR experience looking to strengthen their knowledge and learn from an amazing team. 100% remote and available immediately!

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with general HR documentation and compliance tracking
• Assist with scheduling, organizing, and overall administrative support
• Contribute to onboarding new hires and coordinating orientations

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to juggle priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• 1+ years of HR experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases
• Bachelor's Degree
