What You'll Do


In this role, you’ll work with employees, managers & the HR team to solve problems and most importantly: deliver a fantastic employee experience. Outcomes You’ll Own:


  • HR Operations & Compliance - Serve as critical point of contact for issues related to employee benefits, leave of absences, accommodations & other employment law related issues.
  • Employee Data Management & Reporting – Work with the HR team to identify and track data driven metrics in our HRIS (Zenefits) bring quantitative analysis to our people strategy
  • Employee Relations - Partner with team leads within the LS&T organization to manage employee relations issues within their teams and support in driving our team to be our best
  • Employee Experience - Deliver a great employee experience in all interactions with employees and leaders, drive an innovative culture and with high levels of employee engagement

  • Ability to execute & get things done - You have strong project management skills, are able to multitask, can tackle big projects with enthusiasm, and have the ability to think critically and work through ambiguous situations.
  • Analytical & detailed oriented - you love an intuitive dashboard and have MS Excel skills to back it up
  • Positive outlook & highly collaborative style - You’re a team player that thrives on getting your hands dirty and you’re resilient in the face of challenges.
  • Intellectually curious problem solver - You are proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes. You’re comfortable taking risks and finding innovative ways to solve business issues.


What Will Make Us REALLY Love You


  • Experience working in a fast paced, growing & evolving organization, developing processes, dealing with lots of change & the ability to bring people along in the midst of co much change.
  • 4 -6ish years of HR experience with a focus on working to operationalize processes, employee relations issues of all shapes & sizes, leaves of absence & general HR compliance
