Summary
- Manage the recruitment and selection process effectively;
- Manage and guide the Office Assistant in their responsibilities;
- Onboard new hires and provide general orientation;
- Prepare and organize company events;
- Ensure legal compliance to employment regulations and laws in coordination with General Counsel; and
- Create and manage annual HR budget;
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing requests, complaints, or other issues.
- Support business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees;
- Maintain and administer benefits;
- Document, develop, and improve HR processes and procedures;
- Keep up-to-date with HR tends, competitive compensation, and best practices;
- Coordinate with managers on employee development plans and performance management;
- Prepare and present on HR department metrics and goals in quarterly strategic meetings;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related preferred
- Written and verbal communication skills
- HR administration and people management skills
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- 2+ years of experience in HR role
- Attention to detail
- HR certification a plus
