Hr Assistant/Onboarding Coordinator

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist HR Director with administrative tasks, legal form completion, and employee relations/conflict resolution.
• Organize and carry out new hire orientation/training meetings to welcome new employees to the company.
• Additional duties to help the HR team provide the best possible support to our amazing employees.
• Assist store managers in hiring candidates into the Paycom system, ensuring all new hire data is gathered and candidates are placed in correct “seat.”
• Assist with onboarding of employees who are part of the store acquisition process as we expand our footprint in the market.
• Coordinate with store managers to ensure new employees are receiving regular post-hire check-in meetings.
• Work in Paycom HRIS to create and approve job requisitions and collect applicant information.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Paycom HRIS will give you a head start.
• Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, accountability, conscientiousness, and ownership mentality.
• Do the right thing, every time.
• 2+ years prior Human Resources experience in benefits, onboarding, and conflict management
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Finding creative solutions to uncommon issues, thinking outside the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus but not required
