Job Description

This position is responsible for performing general office activities that provide clerical and administrative support and performs various HR duties while focusing on timely and accurate preparation and processing.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office applications which include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Google Suite.
  • Two years Human Resources administrative experience preferred.
  • Highly detailed
  • Strong level of communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares correspondence and reports as requested. Create fliers.
  • Present offers to final candidates and create offer letters
  • Perform office duties such as assisting with mailings, answering telephones, taking and relaying messages, copying, faxing, and scanning.
  • Assists with tracking and maintaining credential files for all contract, student, and agency staff.
  • Posting and advertising open positions.
  • Enter employment data into computer database.
  • Assists with New Hire Orientation.
  • Maintains new hire packets and documents.
  • Assists with the administration of the KUDOS program and other employee recognition programs.
  • Collects onboarding documents for new hires. Creates and maintains employee files.
  • Administers Intranet site.
  • Assists with employee education, through on-line portal.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, etc. for meetings
  • Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail.
  • Assists with badge system and granting appropriate access.
  • Other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager or other Administration Managers.
  • Performs pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
