As a Remote Hotel Scheduler, you will embark on an adventure where your primary responsibility will be to plan and sell domestic and international travel vacations, including cruises and land packages. By understanding each client's unique preferences and needs, you will craft personalized travel packages that go beyond their expectations. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients will be a key part of your role, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. You will also have the opportunity to expand our client base by actively seeking new business through referrals and repeat customers.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
Delight clients by thoroughly understanding their travel preferences and creating tailored travel packages that exceed their expectations.
Cultivate and nurture long-standing relationships with clients, ensuring their utmost satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Expand our client base by proactively seeking new business through referrals and repeat customers.
Travel Planning And Coordination
Plan and organize unforgettable domestic and international travel vacations, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and exciting activities.
Stay up to date with the latest travel trends and destination information, enabling you to provide accurate and valuable recommendations to clients.
Enhance the overall trip experience by cross-selling relevant products and services.
Documentation And Financial Processing
Prepare and process comprehensive trip documents, including itineraries, invoices, and related paperwork.
Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all travel-related documentation to clients.
Handle financial transactions, such as collecting payments and managing deposits.
Communication And Negotiation
Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and partners to coordinate seamless travel arrangements and resolve any concerns or issues that may arise.
Utilize your negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers, ensuring competitive rates and added benefits for our valued clients.
Skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.
Proficiency in multitasking with various websites and computer programs, ensuring efficient planning and coordination.
Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a definite plus.
Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to interact and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends, allowing you to provide up-to-date recommendations.
