Home Health Staffing Scheduler

Join our team as a Home Health Staffing Scheduler at a leading medical solutions company in the DFW area, with a therapist-driven approach and 30 years of staffing experience. We are the largest Lymphedema Group in the Southwest and dedicated to providing optimal well-being for patients and therapists.

As a Home Health Staffing Scheduler, you’ll play a crucial role in client service functions, coordinating skilled care resources, scheduling, staffing, field communication, and relationship building with referral sources. You’ll work closely with the Clinical Leadership Team to ensure exceptional care delivery.

Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client, family member, and field team call inquiries with empathy and support
• Maintain exceptional client service for internal and external clients
• Develop and build rapport with office and field teams
• Track and monitor pending referrals and start of care
• Participate in weekend and weeknight after-hours on-call rotation (additional compensation provided)
• Adhere to quality standards for client care
• Assess client needs for ongoing and new scheduling requirements
• Schedule and staff all patients
• Input new clients into the company database

Requirements:

• Ability to de-escalate issues and handle complex scheduling demands
• Proficient in web-based systems, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable speaking with referral sources and managing clients
• Minimum 2 years of related experience (home health scheduling experience required)

• Call center: 1 year
• Staffing: 1 year
• Medical terminology: 1 year
• Computer skills: 1 year
• Customer service: 1 year
• Home health: 1 year
