Requirements

• Previous experience in office work or scheduling preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to simultaneously co-manage tasks as required
• Superior telephone and communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Obtain requests for service and schedule home health staff
• Develops schedules according to established productivity goal
• Triages calls and concerns appropriately to Managers
• Communicates clearly with internal and external customers
