Home Health & Hospice Client Services Coordinator

This is a remote position.

• Obtain Managed Care Contracts
• Confirm items in the Agreement
• Review Reports of claim issues with Clients and get feedback to help obtain resolution of claims.
• Ensure Billing System is set up correctly
• OnBoard new HHH Billing and Revenue Recovery Clients.
• Create Reports requested by the Client and upload to Sharefile on agreed upon frequency.
• Review Reports for trends and make recommendations on how to resolve/correct for future claims.
• Communicate Client responses of claim issues to Supervisors for handling.
• Client Anniversary Gifts
• 30 Day Client Survey – Can manage all surveys once automated.
• Primary Contact for HHH Billing and Revenue Recovery Clients. Answer any questions or concerns the clients have regarding claims or our services.
• Ensure Supervisors are uploading PMB Reports regularly for Client review.
• Set up Meeting Schedule
• Discuss Reports needed
• Communicate details of new Clients to Supervisors
• Set up Clearinghouse if needed
• Obtain access to Software, Payers, Etc
• Meet with existing Clients on a regular basis.
• New Client Gifts

Requirements

• At least three years’ experience within healthcare revenue cycle management with some of that time spent communicating directly with Physicians, Clinicals, Practice Owners/Administrators
• Strong accounting skills
• Managerial Skills and experience
• Excel spreadsheet software skills
• Home Health experience would be a plus but not mandatory
