We are seeking a Strategic Planning Director, Healthcare.
The  Strategic Planning Director is responsible for serving as strategic lead on multiple accounts, large and small, in addition to new business opportunities. The Strategic Planning Director develops strong partnerships with account/creative team members and clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop omnichannel strategy and/or digital engagement strategy
  • Develop proposals for new business as part of the pitch team
  • Serve as consultant for clients on qual/quant research design, methodology and results
  • Lead and conduct research on disease/market, competition and target audience insights
  • Lead brand and creative strategy development (ie., positioning, targeting, creative brief), including annual brand planning
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brand experiences and content strategy
  • Design and moderate workshops
  • Develop client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Train and mentor team on legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Strong research capabilities
  • Strong multi-tasking, time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical brand marketing and promotional strategy
  • Experience representing content in client MLR
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Experience working within FDA legal and regulatory requirements
