- The successful candidate will make changes to member demographic data or creditable coverage information as well as addressing a variety of enrollment questions or concerns. Maintains enrollment data in eligibility systems to ensure compliance with CMS guidance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Follow established processes and workflows for each department task
- Personal errors from the OMT, avoidable rejections, and found errors will be monitored by your supervisor. Consistent repetitive errors in these categories can lead to corrective action if no improvement is made.
- Meet Monthly Metrics as defined by department: Overall quality 98.5%; weighted production 11; TAT to meet or exceed established standards for inventory queues
- Participate in cross training on various products and platforms to ensure Enrollment metrics are met
Education
High School Diploma/GED
