About The Role


Does the idea of playing a role in the creation of highly scalable software platforms at a health tech start-up sound like your dream job? If so, we’ve got an opportunity with your name written all over it! We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our Product and Operations Team.


This is an entry level position responsible for providing internal and external customer service with a broad range of operational and customer support activities throughout customer onboarding, implementation, and other activities as designated by management. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will aide in a variety of initiatives as required to stand up and operationalize new customers as well as service existing customers. This position reports directly to the Manager of Customer Success.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Run reports from a variety of tools or systems and review data inputs/outputs for completeness and correctness
  • Participate as a member of project teams, expanding into other roles and acquiring skills outside of current assignments
  • Triage and address customer issues promptly and accurately, escalating critical issues as appropriate for solutioning and resolution
  • Exchange information between internal and external customers which occasionally requires tact/and or diplomacy
  • Ability to perform other duties assigned by management with a high degree of detail and accuracy
  • Meet established deadlines and deliver requested information in a timely manner
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support related to customer service processes including customer invoice and credit memo data entry; customer document management and managing document accuracy, and other customer related processes as assigned
  • Input information accurately from a variety of sources into computer databases or applications to support customer and supplier onboarding activities


Requirements


Experience


  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing organization
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience within a start-up a plus
  • Experience withing a SaaS based product company is a plus
  • 1-3 years of customer-service related and/or customer implementation experience

$55,000-$62,000 based on national competitive pay data since our team can work virtual from anywhere in the continental US. Amount offered within range based on personal experience.


Plus, an annual bonus opportunity of 5%.


This position is also eligible for equity ownership in the company.
