  • RACE: Innovates and accelerates the creation, development, and end-to-end management of Private Brands.

The Opportunity

ReTech Labs is looking to hire a Help Desk/User Support Technician. This role is full-time, hybrid role in San Diego, CA. The position is part of our support team providing useful technical assistance to our Rebotics team and our customers.

Key Activities
  • Documentation/tracking incoming calls from initial contact to resolution
  • First point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email
  • Complete projects during slow times
  • Minor office administration tasks during in-office workdays
  • Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Guide the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Other duties as assigned

What You will bring
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency with English a must.
  • Must be technically savvy and passion to learn
  • Fluency with Spanish a plus
  • Previous experience providing customer support helpful, but not necessary
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft skills
  • Strong understanding of providing superior service to customers
