Healthcare Project Manager Jobs

A rapidly growing global consultancy and partner to cutting edge life sciences and biotech companies is in need of a remote Project Manager for an immediate direct hire opportunity. Ideal candidates will have experience in a medical communications agency experience.

In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for handling multiple projects at a time and be responsible for the project development process.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage full project planning, management and tracking as well as quality and risk control.
• Manage all aspects of developing and tracking project timelines.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders and clients as needed.
• Monthly reporting (step by step training will be provided and recorded).
• Ad hoc projects (will be scoped and discussed with team).
• Monitor project scope and specifications and proactively communicate when changes to project scope, timeline or budget need to occur.
• Internal: Scientific directors, medical writers, creative, editorial, client service teams.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at once.

Project Manager Requirements:

• Entry level, intermediate, or advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Outlook).
• Attention to details and timeline driven.
• Healthcare publication experience highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ad board experience (virtual and live), experience with vendor management, contracting and sunshine reporting.
• 2-5 years related experience in a client service or agency setting.
• Comfortable being client facing.
• Healthcare or pharma experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Results and solution oriented to address potential workflow obstacles and provide solutions.
