Healthcare Data & Analytics Solution Leader - Remote

This role is a for a Healthcare Data & Analytics Solution Leader that has extensive experience and subject matter expertise in healthcare data and healthcare analytics, with a comprehensive understanding of the industry drivers, business/clinical/operational/organizational needs, technical implementation patterns, technologies and platforms relevant to our healthcare payer and provider customers. While our headquarters location is St. Louis, MO, this position is remote and can be based anywhere within the continental United States.

This role requires superb communication and interaction skills with a keen ability to present a message and point of view, with the ability to influence senior healthcare executives. This consultant must have a deep understanding of the Healthcare payer and provider business, products, operations, and trends. This is not a hands-on technical implementation role but experience and comfort working with modern technologies and patterns is essential, including: cloud-based data & analytics platforms, Big Data analytics, and predicative analytics and modeling. This consultant will act to evangelize healthcare analytics amongst our customers and drive solutions and opportunities.

In this role, you will provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects, assist in defining scope and sizing of work, and anchor Proof of Concept development initiatives. You will provide solution architecture to solve the business problem/need, enable platform integration with third party services, and design and develop sophisticated features to meet clients' business needs. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs.
