Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst for a 100% remote contract position with our Fortune 10 healthcare client.


Pay Rate: $50-55/hr W2


What does this position accomplish for the business?

- We are an agile team who is looking to bring on another strong SQL/SSRS/Snowflake/Tableau Developer to help tackle business asks and work on report development.

- Our team builds contractual reports, ad-hoc development, and reporting upgrades to our clients supporting all reporting requests.

- The reporting is centered around medical claims and reporting.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?

- Analyze client requirements and complex business scenarios

- Design innovative, analytical, and fully automated reports and solutions

- Act as a project leader to execute on key projects and deliverables

- Display critical thinking & question the status quo

- Identify opportunities for improvements, simplifications, and risk reduction in business processes

- Provide consulting to teammates, leaders, and clients

- Oversee maintenance and production of 90+ report portfolio (Tableau, SSRS, SSIS, etc.)

What does the ideal candidate background look like?

- Intermediate level of database structures & design

- Project management experience

- Health care or insurance data background

- Predictive Analytics or Data Science experience

- Agile and scrum experience

What skills/attributes are required?

- SQL Development: 3+ Years

- Tableau or similar Dashboard Development (PowerBI/Looker/Etc.): 3+ Years

- SSRS: 1+ Years

- Healthcare or Insurance Data: 2+ Years

- Snowflake Development: 1+ Years

- Alteryx Development

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

- Intermediate level of database structures & design

- Project management experience

- Health care or insurance data background

- Predictive Analytics or Data Science experience

- Agile and Scrum experience
