Empower Medicaid members by assisting them in understanding their benefits and services, such as PCP changes, ID cards, and coordinating transportation and other essential services.

Requirements
Your previous experience in a healthcare call center will be invaluable in excelling in this role.
If you've had experience working with the aging, blind, or disabled population, that's a significant advantage we'd love to see.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including Word, Excel, and MS Outlook, will help you thrive in your daily tasks.
Your exceptional multitasking skills will shine as you expertly navigate computer systems while engaging with patients over the phone.
