Job Description

The creative development team produces storytelling content both scripted and unscripted for kids and families. As part of Entertainment Partners and Content (EPC) we are pivotal in supporting the audience engagement of The LEGO Brand globally. In this role, you will be a key driver of attaching outstanding creative talent to support this engagement strategy.

Core Responsibilities
  • Find creative ways of thanking and gifting talent to help build long-term relationships
  • Develop recommendation on LEGO Talent Policies, and act as a consultant to PMD and the Markets regarding utilization of talent in marketing activations/campaigns
  • Support the development of theatrical movies, working closely with the Head of EPC and Head of Creative Development
  • Facilitate utilization of talent/writers and work with Development/Creative and Production teams to manage schedules across production and corporate needs
  • Negotiate talent & writers agreements
  • Work hand in hand with the Legal team to contract talent/writers
  • Establish relationships with Talent Agencies and build access to potential talent, writers, directors, etc. to partner with TLG on various projects
  • Act as the talent liaison towards talent, producers and their representatives across all LEGO Entertainment content (animated, live action, hybrid, scripted and unscripted) and celebrity driven campaigns as key point of contact.
Do You Have What It Takes
  • Experience working with global Brands
  • Significant experience in talent attachment and agreements
  • Global talent experience a+++
  • Firm knowledge of entertainment production process
  • Experience in contracts and Talent agreements
  • BA in Entertainment related field

  • The base salary for this position generally ranges between $135,000 - $150,000/yr. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
