Job Description

As a Head of Social for Futureverse, you will play a crucial role in our Marketing team. You will be responsible for creating and executing world-class brand communications across all of our social media channels, and for developing and implementing strategies to grow and engage our audience while building brand loyalty for Futureverse. You will work closely with the rest


of the Marketing team to ensure that our brand message is consistent across all channels


Responsibilities


  • Work closely with the Brand, Marketing and Communications teams to develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Futureverse's overall brand goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, setting social media goals, creating content plans, and developing performance metrics to measure success
  • Manage and oversee all social media channels for Futureverse and its ecosystem projects, including Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. This includes creating and curating engaging and compelling content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance to optimize engagement and reach
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content, including metrics such as engagement, reach, sentiment, and conversions. This includes providing regular reports and insights, and making data-driven recommendations for optimizing social media strategies and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to inform Futureverse's social media strategies and creative execution. This includes exploring new opportunities and emerging platforms to expand Futureverse's social media presence and reach
  • Foster and grow online communities on social media platforms by engaging with users, responding to comments and messages, and driving conversations around Futureverse's products, services, and brand. This includes managing social media influencers and brand advocates to amplify Futureverse's reach and impact
  • Create and enforce social media guidelines for Futureverse and its ecosystem projects to ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice and visual representation across all social media channels. This includes providing guidance on social media best practices, content creation, community engagement, and crisis management


Requirements


  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns, with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving social media trends and platforms, and explore new opportunities for brand exposure
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech, gaming or media industries
  • Ability to develop and enforce social media guidelines to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice
  • Experience in managing social media influencers and brand advocates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media content and engage with online communities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong creative skills, with the ability to develop visually appealing and engaging content for social media channels
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations
