Position Summary:
We are seeking a competent and dynamic Head of Production to lead our team at SixTwentySix to oversee all our productions ranging from commercials, music videos, branded content to UGC campaigns. If you're someone who thrives on ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of productions, and you have the requisite skills and experience to drive a robust production department, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As the Head of Production, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all productions while being the point of contact for directors and clients needs. You will manage our internal production support team, supervising freelance producers, compiling bid packages, and facilitating project submissions. You'll handle a wide array of production logistics, maintain compliance with industry regulations and union rules, and ensure smooth transitions from pre-production to production to post-production. With a key part in daily sales meetings and internal projects coordination, you will also uphold an organized database of project documentation management and job trackers. Your adaptability, strategic approach, and delivery on assigned tasks will contribute significantly to SixTwentySix's operational success.

Performance Objectives:
-Manage SixTwentySix’s internal production team, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to internal timelines
-Supervise freelance producers during project production, including onboarding, production team oversight, and wrap review/submission upon project completion
-Compile bid packages for projects encompassing the bid, bid letter, treatment, calendars, and service bids in accordance with client/agency requests
-Oversee internal briefs and facilitate director/project submissions in a timely manner
-Maintain open communication with clients during bidding and production, ensuring alignment and positive client experience by relaying notes and feedback when necessary
-Handle insurance claims, payroll audits, releases, and other production logistics as they arise
-Organize and adjust production documents to meet project needs and improve overall company workflow
-Facilitate seamless transition from production to post-production in collaboration with the Post Producer
- Maintain organized Dropbox and Notion directories of all project media and files in conjunction with the team
-Develop and upkeep a network of producers, key crew, and vendors in our CRM system
-Participate in daily sales meetings, contributing valuable insights and feedback
-Provide assistance on development projects as needed, predominantly involving research-based tasks
-Coordinate internal projects for marketing and sales, collaborating with the internal team and outside vendors as necessary
-Carry out other relevant duties as assigned by management
-Stay informed on industry regulations and guidelines, maintaining an up-to-date understanding
-Comprehend union and non-union rules, ensuring compliance in all activities
-Maintain an organized rolodex of foreign service companies for reference and potential collaboration
Capabilities/ Key Competences:

Education & Experience:
-3+ years of experience being internal production team at a commercial house or line-producing
-5+ years experience in music video, commercial, and or branded content production
-2+ years experience being the client facing point of contact on productions
