Monstro is a pre-launch digital wealth platform that will empower and educate individual clients across complex financial, legal and tax affairs. Clients will trust Monstro to use its AI and proprietary data algorithms to monitor the financial profile of its clients and to deliver actionable information when it's needed, giving clients peace of mind that their financial life is in order at daily glance. Each client is empowered to self manage their wealth or oversee the actions of their financial advisors.
Monstro is seeking a Head of Growth and Retention who will execute on the end-to-end client acquisition and adoption journey, with a focus on engaging the subscriber base to drive exponential growth and lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Executing on all client acquisition efforts and also leveraging outsourced growth agencies to scale Monstro from zero to one million individual clients
- Establish, track and exceed KPI’s related to all client acquisition channels
- Develop and execute on strategies to improve both engagement and retention KPIs
- Work with the Head of Content to segment and personalize content to increase the client's engagement
- Represent Monstro publicly to build brand awareness and social currency
- Work with Head of Product to understand, prioritize and communicate new application features
- Manage and consistently improve the Client conversion funnel through iteration and experimentation, with particular emphasis on the client's confidence to share their financial life with Monstro and the conversion from the free to paid subscription tiers
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in growth, client success or digital marketing roles, including 3+ years of experience working with a mobile application company in the finance sector
- Experience with subscription based revenue models
- Data-obsessed, using quantitative and qualitative insights to drive results
- Deep experience with growth experimentation including, but not limited to Influencer, Affiliate and Content Marketing and Paid Search & Social
- Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing internal team or outside agency
- Very strong project management skills and personal responsibility and task ownership
- Demonstrable track record of direct hands on experience of achieving exponential growth
- Proven ability to efficiently manage a budget across channels and optimize each dollar spent
